Hinterland is an innovative social enterprise established by a Michelin starred chef, a farmer and a producer to create a regenerative food system that aligns with people, community, and place.
Our vision is not just limited to providing nutritious food for all but thats where it starts. We aim to build a strong, inclusive system that nourishes us and brings us together globally through exchanging ideas and insights.
One of the key areas of our work is to improve connections and build close relationships between farmers and consumers and urban and rural areas. Drawing from past and future, we motivate positive shifts in food production and consumption.
